For Leaders

Our Catholic Club Leaders are the best! Your dedication to sharing the faith through virtue clubs is inspiring! We know these times are challenging in keeping a club going and we’re here to help! Here are a few tips to make sure your Catholic Clubs stay healthy and strong during the current climate and COVID 19 restrictions.

Government health restrictions vary widely from location to location, so please use these suggestions to best fit the needs of your local area.

If you are not able to meet in person..

If your area is still on total lockdown, consider a monthly zoom meeting or having your club members sign up through our Family Virtual Club portal. If you are leading a zoom meeting club, you may purchase a digital copy of the Leader’s Guides and share the file with the parents of your club members so that they will be able to have access to the lessons. At your zoom meetings, have each child share what they have done at home. You may want to do the craft together, so stay in touch with the parents and make sure they have the materials they need for the craft before your zoom meeting.

If Meetings are Restricted…

If meetings are restricted to numbers and other factors such as wearing masks indoors, you may consider a few options in order to still be able to meet:

1. Meet outdoors. We have added exciting new outdoor-themed Patron Saint Badges to our already awesome badges. Perhaps these would be a good alternative to craft time where sharing supplies and table space may not be practical or safe.

2. Use Sign Up Genius (free) to limit the number of girls at your meeting. You may want to split the group into two groups that meet at different times in order to meet safe and healthy guidelines.

3. Limit contact at meetings by shortening them or having the girls do a lot of the work at home. You can purchase a digital copy of the Leader’s Guide and share it with your parents.
